Low-force chiropractic uses precisely controlled, gentle movements to restore spinal alignment — without the high-velocity thrusts you might expect. It is clinically effective and particularly well-suited for patients who are sensitive, nervous about traditional adjustments, or have conditions that make forceful manipulation inappropriate.

Initial visits are typically 60–75 minutes. This includes a full health history, a hands-on assessment, and time to discuss your care plan. Follow-up appointments are shorter, usually 30–45 minutes.

Bring any relevant medical records, imaging results (X-rays, MRIs), or a list of current medications if you have them. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Most importantly, come ready to have an honest conversation about what's been going on.
